Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable AI-driven platforms and software systems aligned with strategic business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and deliver impactful solutions.
Evaluate and select AI and software technologies for performance scalability and maintainability.
Promote best practices in AI model development MLOps software engineering DevOps and system architecture.
Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Drive technical strategy and long-term planning aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy security and ethical standards.

Champion engineering excellence through code reviews automated testing CI/CD and agile methodologies.
Contribute to ongoing projects in areas such as telecom freight scheduling and user access mechanisms.

Required Skills & Experience
7 years in software architecture and engineering with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems.
Strong development background (approximately 60% development / 40% architecture).
Experience implementing public AI models (e.g. ChatGPT LLMs) to automate manual processes.
Familiarity with prompt engineering to optimize AI outputs.
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. Cursor Copilot Deven).
Expertise in machine learning deep learning NLP computer vision and generative AI.
Proven experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (Azure AWS GCP).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tech stack: SQL Server C# .NET; Python experience is a plus.
Excellent communication leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
