Job Summary
shift: M-F 8hours as needed per business
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers. * Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries. * Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production. * Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing. * Interact with Production Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders. * Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database. * Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the MFGPRO database. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement wherever applicable.
