Title: Technical Product Manager - Writer Platform (Vendor Product) (Level 2)

Location(s): Malvern PA

Role Type: Hybrid Role

Contract Role: Initial 12 months options to extend - Long term contract role

Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and success of the Writer platform (vendor GenAI solution) at Vanguard. The Writer platform is an enterprise-grade generative AI solution designed to enhance productivity automate content creation and support agentic (citizen and professional services) development across business units. Focus on vendor relationship management driving enterprise-wide adoption enabling agentic development and navigating internal governance and approval processes.

Manage vendor relationships contracts and service delivery.
Develop and execute adoption strategies; enable citizen development and vendor professional services.
Guide business units through onboarding training and support.
Lead platform governance and approval efforts.
Analyze usage data and report outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and maintain a value realization framework to capture ROI.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across business IT and risk teams.

Qualifications (Minimum 2-5 years)

- 3 years in product or vendor management SaaS adoption or GenAI platforms.
- Experience with agentic/citizen development and managing vendor professional services.
- Familiarity with enterprise GenAI governance and compliance.
- Familiarity with vendor managed platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
