Job Summary

Position: Operators / Technicians

Location: Nettoor Ernakulam Kerala

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical.

Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG or manufacturing (packaging machinery experience preferred).

Role Purpose :
We are looking for skilled Operators / Technicians to handle and maintain FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packing machines and related equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth packaging operations preventive and corrective maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor FFS and other packaging machines for uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot issues in FFS machines coding machines conveyors VFDs and compressors.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Maintain optimum machine performance quality and safety compliance.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving recurring issues.

Skills :
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in FFS machine operation and maintenance.
- Quick fault diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a commitment to quality and safety.
