Youre a high-energy professional with a passion for investments. Outgoing and ambitious youre known for your strong communication skills both written and verbal. You thrive in fast-paced environments bring enthusiasm to every task and have a flair for business development and relationship building in the IFA market. Youre also tech-savvy and confident using social media platforms and Microsoft tools to engage clients build presentations and tell a compelling story.
What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
In this strategic role youll shape and execute a scalable distribution strategy working closely with DFMs and IFAs to drive fund growth. Youll manage intermediary support ensuring strong relationships and insightful feedback loops with partners and advisors. From overseeing fund participation in top-tier investment conferences to crafting and delivering engaging marketing content your role bridges the worlds of relationship management and brand visibility. Youll also be leading media engagement and social content strategy while collaborating on broader initiatives to enhance market presence and drive investor interest.

Youll be joining a forward-thinking global fund management business known for its boutique culture and personal approach. With a focus on long-term performance the team is passionate about delivering high-quality investment solutions. The organisation has carved out a strong reputation in the South African and global markets with a collaborative insight-driven culture that values strategic thinking and innovation. Youll be fully office-based in professional offices in Constantia Cape Town.
What youll need
You bring 7 years of retail business development experience gained within asset management or investment distribution. A relevant university degree underpins your technical understanding while your advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Excel Word and social platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram) gives you an edge in modern marketing and client communication. An established IFA network in Cape Town will set you apart. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
