Job Summary

Your mission:
Machine Setup and Operation:

Effectively setup and operate CNC mills turning and live tooling machines according to the relevant specifications.

Perform initial setup checks to ensure proper alignment and calibration.
Programming and Adjustment:

Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and CAD files to understand production requirements.

Input and adjust CNC programs as needed to optimize production processes to achieve the desired targets while maintaining quality standards.
Quality Control:

Perform regular in and end of process quality checks on manufactured components using precision measuring tools.

Identify and correct any deviations from specifications to ensure high-quality production standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Conduct and assist with routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance reliability and longevity.
