Job Summary
Contribute to field Aseptic Performance by providing expertise consultancy and support to both customers and internal stakeholders. Handle escalated food safety and quality issues and drive continuous improvement in quality operations equipment performance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
What you will do
- Lead or participate in resolving escalated food safety and quality issues both remotely and on-site.
- Apply structured resolution processes tools and methodologies effectively.
- Deliver high-quality timely reports related to food protection and aseptic performance.
- Provide food protection expertise during pre-project phases and equipment installations.
- Continuously develop personal competence in food protection areas (e.g. chilled aseptic ice cream).
- Support and promote food protection knowledge across local markets.
- Analyze Aseptic Performance data and contribute to regional implementation of related services.
- Log detailed information into QuTI-P to support data robustness and reduce spoilage failures.
- Act as a quality ambassador and promote Quality Culture policies.
- Support missions outside own geography when required.
- Deliver food protection training to internal teams and external customers.
- Participate in regional/global technical networks and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Contribute to the delivery of food protection-related services.
- Support aseptic and ice cream food safety cases.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills accountability adaptability and customer focus.
We believe you have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science Microbiology Chemical Engineering Biotechnology or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management technical service and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with aseptic systems food processing equipment and GMP environments.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data logging systems (e.g. QuTI-P).
- Ability to mentor and coach peers and deliver technical training.
- Previous roles such as Field Service Engineer (FSE A) Development Engineer or similar specialist functions are highly relevant.
- Willingness to travel and support global teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage difficult discussions with customers.
- High level of accountability and adaptability.
- Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
