The Role
Were looking for an Influencer Marketing Performance Analyst to track measure and optimize influencer campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data spotting trends and turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance.
What Youll Do
Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance across multiple platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.).
Track KPIs engagement metrics reach conversions and ROI for client campaigns.
Prepare reports and dashboards to share insights with internal teams and clients.
Work closely with campaign managers to recommend optimizations based on performance data.
Identify trends in content creator performance and audience behavior to inform future campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to refine measurement processes and reporting workflows.

13 years of experience in influencer marketing analytics digital marketing or performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets reporting tools and analytics platforms.
Understanding of social media platforms influencer metrics and campaign KPIs.
Detail-oriented proactive and able to present insights clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Interest in influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
