Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients building long-term business relationships and achieving sales targets. This role offers excellent growth opportunities along with attractive performance-based incentives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to onboard them to the companys services.

  • Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Track sales performance prepare reports and present results to management.

  • Represent the company at networking events meetings and presentations to drive new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • 11.5 years of experience in sales client acquisition or business development (B2B/B2C).

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the city as required.
