Core Responsibilities:-
1. Production & Delivery: Ensure full production capacity fulfillment and meet all daily/weekly target achievements. Guarantee timely delivery of orders according to committed schedules. Proactively identify analyze and implement solutions for resolving bottlenecks to maintain continuous flow. 2. Efficiency & Quality: Implement strategies to significantly increase overall factory efficiency. Lead line balancing and optimization efforts to maximize throughput. Drive quality improvisation by minimizing defects and enhancing process control. 3. Reporting & Performance Management: Conduct daily reviews and report on outputs (Production vs. Target) to senior management. Drive Daily Reconciliation of Production (DRP) with planning and inventory to ensure accuracy. Track and report on key measures like Efficiency Percentage Defect Rate and PPH (Pieces Per Hour) daily. Use reported data to take immediate corrective action on underperforming lines or processes. 4. Team Management: Provide strong leadership for supervisors and operators. Focus on manpower building development and effective allocation. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
