Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Content Specialist to manage digital product content across multiple platforms and applications. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and engaging product listings on the clients ecommerce website.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review upload and publish content and images on the clients ecommerce platform.
Liaise with various stakeholders to gather accurate product information.
Maintain product data and digital assets across multiple databases and systems.
Ensure consistency accuracy and completeness of product details.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to meet project timelines.
Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Requirements
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Understanding of ecommerce processes and digital content operations.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong relationship management and client-handling ability.
Good to Have:
Knowledge/experience in PIM (Product Information Management) or DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
