Job Summary

This is a remote position.

eTalk Live Tutoring is looking for an experienced Philosophy tutor to help students prepare for the Philosophy component of the Oxford PPE program. You should have a strong academic background in Philosophy and experience working with students preparing for competitive university admissions.

Responsibilities:

Teach key Philosophy topics relevant to Oxford PPE interviews and essays (logic ethics metaphysics epistemology).
Develop students analytical thinking reasoning and argumentation skills.
Provide feedback on written work and mock interview responses.
Adjust lessons to each students academic level and goals.

Requirements

Degree in Philosophy (Masters or above preferred).

Prior tutoring experience ideally with university admissions.

Fluent English and online teaching proficiency.

Required Skills:

Advanced English level (C1C2); Experience teaching academic or exam preparation (Oxford / Cambridge entry exams is a plus); Knowledge of the Oxford PPE structure TSA format and admission process;
