Overview: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for a flexible part-time remote role. This position offers the opportunity to work 100% remote with a flexible schedule.

Position Details:
Schedule: 2-8 hours per week (consultant hours)
Work Model: 100% remote
Flexibility: Choose your days and hours
Compensation: $30.00$36.00 per hour based on experience
Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor
Must be licensed in Minnesota
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly or more frequently for high-risk residents
Develop implement and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed
Collaborate with physicians nurses therapists and other team members
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Maintain accurate documentation
Monitor resident weights to assess nutrition and hydration status
Review menus for USDA compliance
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics Nutrition or related field
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
Current state licensure/certification in Minnesota
1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with state survey processes and electronic charting systems
