Notes: *Hybrid rolerequiring on-site presence two days per week.

Job Overview:

The Senior Rust Developer will lead the development efforts for rewriting the EAP application in the Rust programming language.

They will be responsible for ensuring secure high-performance and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Rust-based components of the new application.
Design and implement secure high-performance and scalable backend systems.
Ensure that the new system meets business functional and operational requirements.
Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure smooth integration of system components.
Perform thorough code reviews to maintain quality and security standards.

Required Experience:

5 years of experience in Rust programming and system development.
Experience in rewriting legacy systems and developing secure scalable applications.

Certifications:

Rust programming certifications preferred.
