Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead advisor to a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients with assets typically exceeding $20 million.
- Develop and implement estate planning strategies including trusts family entities charitable structures and sophisticated transfer planning.
- Provide comprehensive federal and California-specific tax guidance to clients and their advisors.
- Draft and review complex estate planning instruments while ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations.
- Build and sustain deep client relationships offering proactive and strategic counsel.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.
- At least 8 years of estate planning experience with a focus on high net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
