Now Hiring: School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated school team for the school year. This is a full-time opportunity to help students develop the skills they need to succeedacademically socially and emotionally.
In this role youll do more than just write behavior plansyoull be part of a team that believes in every childs potential. Youll collaborate with teachers families and support staff to build strategies that empower students to engage learn and grow. Youll also help create school-wide systems that encourage positive behavior and foster inclusive learning environments.
Key Duties:
- Use data and collaboration to guide decisions that make a real impact.
- Partner with IEP teams to ensure every student receives the support they deserve.
- Train and coach school teams to use proactive strength-based behavior strategies.
- Be a resource and advocate for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that meet students where they are.
Requirements
- A solid foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Active BCBA certification and a masters degree in a related field.
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings (preferred).
