Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Full-Time
Our organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic school team for the upcoming academic year. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to foster meaningful behavioral and academic growth among students through the implementation of evidence-based practices.
Youll design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans conduct functional assessments and coach teachers in evidence-based ABA strategies that improve learning and behavior outcomes. With a student-first mindset youll be a vital part of a team committed to inclusion and progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture where all students can thrive.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Design and implement individualized behavior programs rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Lead professional development sessions to build staff capacity in behavior management and positive support strategies.
Requirements
Current BCBA certification and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a closely related discipline. Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred along with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and proactive behavioral support strategies.
