As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and efficient on-site and remote desktop support to our users at our client site.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware software network connectivity and printers.
- Supporting and managing corporate mobile devices (smartphones tablets).
- Assisting with basic network administration tasks using Cisco and HP devices.
- Applying your understanding of core network concepts like TCP/IP DNS and WINS.
- Delivering exceptional first-level application support acting as the first point of contact for IT inquiries.
- Following ITIL best practices to manage document and resolve service requests.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role.
- Tech Skills: A solid foundation in:
- Network devices (Cisco/HP) and topology.
- Desktop and printer support.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Working within an ITIL framework.
The Right Mindset:
- A strong customer-service mindsetyoure patient empathetic and driven to help.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in verbal and written English and Russian.
