Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain enterprise search solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Customize and enhance Microsoft Search capabilities using SharePoint Online Azure Search and related Microsoft technologies.
- Configure and manage search schemas metadata and indexing to optimize search experiences.
- Integrate Azure services such as Azure Active Directory Azure Logic Apps and Azure Search to build automated and scalable search workflows.
- Develop custom solutions using C# TypeScript or JavaScript within Microsoft platforms.
- Implement automation using Power Automate to streamline search provisioning and governance processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective enterprise search solutions.
- 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Search SharePoint architecture and Azure services.
- Proficiency in C# JavaScript or TypeScript for custom solution development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of metadata management and search schema customization.
- Experience in designing and integrating search solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft Purview compliance frameworks and Power BI.
- Build and optimize enterprise search functionality for scalability and efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust search solutions.
- Automate workflows and governance processes related to search provisioning.
