The Opportunity

You will help us grow a qualified pipeline. You will run focused tests while building predictable data models to improve the lead funnel. You will improve UX & conversion rate on landing pages. You work on first principles thinking & are comfortable using AI tools to improve your & the teams efficiency.


Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing.

  • In-depth understanding of Google Ads LinkedIn Ads HubSpot and GA4.

  • Strong spreadsheet skills including data cleaning and basic model building.

  • Excellent written communication explaining complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Possess a test and learn mindset focused on iterative improvement and data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have
  • Basic wireframing skills for landing pages.

  • Experience with A/B tests and simple experiment design.

What You Will Do

  • Campaign Management: Plan execute and monitor tests on Google and LinkedIn ads with clearly defined goals. Launch campaigns then thoroughly review and analyze the results.

  • Landing Page Development: Construct and maintain landing pages and forms prioritizing speed and mobile-friendliness.

  • Copywriting and A/B Testing: Create ad copy and landing page content consistently testing two to three variants simultaneously to optimize performance.

  • Funnel Optimization: Conduct weekly reviews of the user funnel to identify points of user drop-off and propose actionable fixes for implementation.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide concise weekly updates detailing campaign efforts key changes and upcoming strategies.

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to refine offers improve meeting quality and enhance follow-up processes.

  • Content Collaboration: Work alongside the Content team to develop pages posts and simple tools that support ongoing campaigns.

Leveraging AI Tools: Utilize AI for research drafting copy data cleanup and minor automations. Always ensure human judgment and oversight for final decisions

Location:

This position is 100% remote in India and a reliable internet connection is necessary to complete job duties.
