Product Advisor Manoeuvring Controls

An exciting opportunity has arisen asProduct Advisor. In this role you will be a part of the Manoeuvring Controls department delivering technical knowledge and advice to the development and sales teams.

We are looking for highly motivated Product Advisor for manoeuvring controls product range K-Thrust 720 and MCON.

As a Product Advisor you:

Improve our customers operation and take them into the future!

You will take part in developing todays and tomorrows product applications and solutions for performance improvements in the manoeuvre and control solutions where improving efficiency and safety is key.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders in KMand externally to ensure that applications Products and solutions are aligned with customers expectations. AsProduct Advisor you also have the responsibility to find the best solution forKONGSBERG.

Typical task responsibility:

• Assist sales delivery and support teams with technical questions
• Work on product roadmaps and release plans
• Conduct customer research to understand their needs and pain points
• Identify trends and make recommendations
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Becoming a trusted point of contact for KM on all product-related matters

Key accountabilities

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into product design and implementation
• Define prioritize and follow up product development and maintenance.
• Provide technical sales assistance to our sales organization
• Provide technical assistance to delivery organisation and customer support
• Assist in pilot deliveries

Qualifications and experience

• Higher technical education or
• Relevant experience with thruster control
• Strong collaborative mindset. Able to act as an integrator in the organisation
• Ambitious self driven and able to execute on set plans.
• Experiance with product strategy and roadmaps
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Management
