Your role
In the role of Quality Engineering Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients business needs. Your role

Technology:
- Talent should possess over 6 years of hands-on experience in WorkSoft automation scripting using Certify for SAP ECC or S/4 HANA and execution with CTM.
- Talent should have SAP functional knowledge of any module (SD/MM/FI etc.)
- WorkSoft certified in SAP is preferred
- Knowledge of integration of WorkSoft with other tools other components of WorkSoft Business Capture Analyze etc.
- Talent should have knowledge in API testing using WorkSoft
Critical Thinking and Communication:
- Talent should be able to analyze the given scenario and come up with the test approach.
- Talent should be solid proactive and capable of learning quickly allowing them to take on responsibilities with minimal guidance
- Problem solving skills. Talent should have ability to solve the problem and situation applying his knowledge and skills.
- Talent should be able to resolve conflicts of interest in the team.
- Talent should be able to challenge if the person opposite is wrong.
- Ability to speak to customer: Talent should be able to speak to Product owner and understand the requirements by asking right questions.

- Talent with abilities to analyze and come up with appropriate automation strategies by applying his knowledge and expertise to support our customers needs.
- Talent with ability to adjust in continuously evolving projects and work with a team which is focused on next generation testing technologies.
