What Youll Do

Ensure excellence in safety quality performance and on-time delivery
Oversee scheduling production and inventory to optimize workflow and efficiency
Champion Lean practices including 5S Kaizen and continuous improvement
Manage plant layouts daily Gemba walks and cross-functional initiatives
Recruit mentor and develop a high-performing team

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Operations Engineering or related field
5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations and material/workflow planning with strong knowledge of industrial engineering welding and metal forming
Proven success with Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-shift environment
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
