Were growing rapidly and are seeking a motivated customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to help more golfers experience GOLFZON in their own homes.
Position Overview
The Residential Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of GOLFZON simulators for homeowners across the U.S. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping customers design their dream in-home golf experience.
The role blends inbound lead management with proactive outbound developmentpartnering with homeowners builders designers and project managers to ensure each installation delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow residential sales focusing on inbound web and CRM leads while dedicating 3540% of time to outbound efforts.
Conduct virtual and on-site consultations to assess space requirements and propose tailored simulator configurations.
Build strong relationships with homeowners builders designers and architects to integrate GOLFZON systems into new or existing home projects.
Develop partnerships with home builders and design firms to showcase simulators in model homes or showrooms.
Coordinate with internal teamsOperations Marketing and Accountingto ensure seamless installation and post-sale satisfaction.
Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data within the CRM system.
Represent GOLFZON America at trade shows design expos and home technology events as needed.
Collaborate with the CAD design team to create renderings and visual layouts for client proposals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sports Management or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in consultative or solution-based sales ideally in luxury residential home technology or lifestyle products.
Proven success managing a sales pipeline and closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Golf industry or simulator experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Hybrid position based in Chantilly VA in-office on Mondays Fridays and one additional day each week
Competitive base salary ($65000$90000) depending on experience and territory
Uncapped commission plan with realistic on-target earnings between $125000$180000
Comprehensive benefits package including health dental vision and 401(k)
