About the team

At Roku we embody the mentality of a sports team becoming our strongest when we work together (cross functionally) to reach an end goal. The International Ad Marketing team helps drive Rokus advertising business across Canada the UK and Latin America. Working closely with regional Ad Sales Research Product and Communications teams we develop the strategies campaigns and stories that showcase Rokus leadership in the global streaming ecosystem.

We bring Rokus advertising proposition to life through market-specific insights creative storytelling and integrated campaigns that engage advertisers and agency partners. Our team helps define Rokus voice in international markets and supports the companys growth as streaming becomes the preferred way to watch TV around the world.

About the role

Roku pioneered streaming to the TV and continues to innovate and lead the industry. While we are well-positioned to help shape the future of television including TV advertising around the world continued success relies on building a marketing and ad strategy that grows Rokus advertising business.

As an Ad Marketing Manager International you will play a key role in expanding Rokus advertising presence across key global markets. Youll develop integrated marketing strategies thought leadership programs and client-facing materials that drive awareness consideration and revenue growth.

This is a strategic and hands-on individual contributor role ideal for a marketer who enjoys working across multiple regions connecting insights to creative storytelling and driving impact through collaboration. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set certifications and specific geographical location.

What you will be doing

  • Strategy & Storytelling: Build and execute international marketing strategies that position Roku as a leading CTV advertising platform across Canada the UK and LATAM.
  • Thought leadership: Identify thought leadership opportunities and industry moments to spark conversations and position Roku as a leader with bold big-idea thinking
  • Campaigns & Events Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital trade and industry channels to drive awareness and engagement. Oversee Rokus participation in industry events conferences and sponsorships across key international markets.
  • Sales Enablement & Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the International Ad Sales team providing materials insights and marketing support that help drive revenue and client engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Data Research and Creative to ensure global alignment and local relevance.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and share client success stories that demonstrate Rokus value and innovation in TV streaming. Support the creation of case studies co-marketing initiatives and best-practice programs that showcase advertiser success.

Were excited if you have

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in media advertising or technology.
  • Experience working across multiple international markets (Canada UK LATAM preferred).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills able to turn insights and data into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a no job too big or too small attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth and constantly evolving environment.
