ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a strategic and commercially minded Productivity Manager to drive performance across our global store this role youll lead initiatives that optimise how we use space stock fixtures and labour - ensuring every square metre of our retail footprint delivers maximum impact.

Youll lead the development and execution of productivity strategies that lift sales returns enhance space efficiency and enable data-driven growth across all brands and regions. Collaborating with senior leaders across Brand Retail and Property youll translate insights into actionable plans that improve how we work and sell.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in retail analytics specifically space and fixture productivity.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to financially evaluate and influence space-based decisions.
Experience working with senior leaders to drive change and embed strategic initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate recommendations and insights.
Previous experience leading a team and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
