Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and technical governance across multiple ServiceNow modules
Translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions
Collaborate with developers process owners and stakeholders to ensure optimal platform performance
Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow best practices integrations and upgrades
Stay ahead of product developments and drive innovation across ServiceNow projects

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect (3 years in architecture; 6 years overall on the platform)
Strong experience across ITSM ITOM ITAM CMDB or SecOps modules
Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations workflows and platform architecture
Certified at least as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS); additional certifications (CTA CAD) are advantageous
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
