NOW HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Were looking for a knowledgeable and people-focused HR Generalist to support daily human resource operations and uphold a positive compliant and high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will be organized approachable and skilled in balancing both administrative and strategic HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee relations onboarding and recordkeeping
Support recruitment efforts; post jobs screen applicants schedule interviews and assist with new hire orientation
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with federal state and company policies
Process payroll and employee benefits ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding policies procedures and performance management
Assist with training initiatives employee engagement and retention programs
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Participate in HR projects such as process improvements audits and system updates
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
24 years of HR experience preferably in a generalist or HR coordinator role
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
