Job Summary
What Youll Do:
- Operate and monitor state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment including palletizers and conveyors
- Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy keeping our standards high
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running
- Rotate between lines and positions supporting your team and learning new skills
- Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace (6S compliance)
- Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare
- Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards
- Contribute to a culture built on Rocklines RRITE Values: Renew Respect Integrity Teamwork and Excellence
What Youll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced automated environment
- Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
Physical & Work Environment:
- Frequent standing walking and lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
- Production floor setting with hands-on equipment monitoring
This is an on-site safety-sensitive position at our Russellville AR plant.
