As a Talent Sourcer youll help identify and engage exceptional creative professionals for our this position you will play a crucial role in supporting and building our talent division called PRPL & Friends. Youll be responsible for researching reaching out to and qualifying candidates ensuring a smooth handoff to our Senior Recruiters for next steps in the hiring process.

Fully remote role.Central Florida location preferred.
Salary:$45000 - $50000 with a goal to transition to a full-time Recruiter role in 6 months.
Reports To: Senior Recruiter or Recruiting Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Proactively source candidates using job boards LinkedIn referrals and creative communities.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to evaluate fit and interest.
- Maintain an organized and active pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future roles.
- Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to understand role requirements and client needs.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date job postings across company platforms and job boards.
- Enter all sourcing activity into our ATS (Bullhorn) to ensure data accuracy.
- Research and recommend new tools sourcing channels or platforms for finding creative talent.
Candidate Engagement & Coordination
- Schedule screening calls between candidates and Senior Recruiters.
- Communicate updates and timelines to candidates throughout the process.
- Help prepare candidates for interviews by sharing relevant details and expectations.
- Support in collecting and verifying portfolio links references and work samples.
- Follow up on candidate interactions to maintain engagement and ensure an excellent experience.
Operational Support
- Assist with administrative and scheduling tasks related to recruitment operations.
- Support PRPLs digital presence through job postings LinkedIn activity and candidate communications.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve sourcing strategies.
- Attend creative or recruiting events (virtually or in person) to expand network and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in talent sourcing recruiting sales or customer service (creative or tech industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills confident in outreach and relationship building.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Enthusiastic learner with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and other sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides).
- Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn experience a plus).
- A genuine interest in design creativity and digital innovation.
- Local Orlando/Central Florida preferred.
