Job Summary
Employment type: Full-time/Part-time
- Lead classroom activities that support childrens growth in all developmental domains (cognitive language physical social/emotional).
- Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with the centers curriculum and standards.
- Maintain a safe clean organized classroom environment.
- Build strong positive relationships with children and support their individual learning and growth.
- Model effective teaching practices and provide guidance/feedback to less experienced classroom staff. The Learning Experience1
- Partner with families and communicate childrens progress challenges and milestones.
- Adhere to all health safety licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in professional development team meetings and center-wide initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA preferred
- Previous classroom teaching experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to model leadership mentor team members and maintain professionalism.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
