In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform and other tools including but not limited to Power BI Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint Dataflows and RPA tools.
- Work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes.
- Design develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes.
- Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities gather requirements develop test and deploy automation solutions using advanced automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects and assist junior developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time.
- Introduce and test new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team relating to automation tools.
- Work closely with the production support team to deploy into production complete required documentation including lessons learned and implement knowledge transfer.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology Information Systems or similar.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the software development field tools and process automation.
- Proficient in automation tools and platforms (e.g. Power Platform - PowerBI PowerApps PowerAutomate) including Office 365 applications (Flow OneDrive SharePoint Teams).
- Deep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and response experience.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
