Your responsibilities will include:
Fuelmanagement & Finesmanagement
Administration and dispatch of fuel cards
Processing and coordination of fines
Vehicle & fleet management (Ayvens Flex Rentals)
Vehicle fleet support and reservation management
Support with vehicle delivery damage claims and complaints
Maintenance and updating of fleet and price data
Document & mail management
- Administration and dispatch of on-board documents
Processing archiving and digitization of documents and mail
Front office & administrative tasks
Support with contract changes and administrative processes
Administration of access and parking permits
Receiving and forwarding calls and general correspondence
Organization of office supplies and infrastructure
Your Profile:
- Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
- Very good German and English skills French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Ideally experience in the automotive or financial services industry
- Precise careful and independent way of working
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Citrix/SAP experience is an advantage
What we offer:
39.5 working hours per week
