Job Title: Pharmacist (Inpatient or Outpatient)

Pay Rate: $58 - $60/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Pharmacistfor an exciting Travel or Local job inFaribault MN.

Shift Details:

Day: 5x8-Hour Shifts (06:30 AM 3:00 PM OR 08:30 AM 5:00 PM)
Day: 4x10-Hour Shifts (06:30 AM 4:30 PM)

Experience & Requirements:

Experience: 02 years of pharmacy experience (first-timers accepted with prior inpatient experience)
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Chemo/Hazardous Drug Certification
- IV Certification
Active Minnesota State Pharmacist License (pending accepted)

Technical Skills:

Epic (Excellian) EMR experience required
Inpatient / Acute Care experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify physician medication orders for accuracy safety and therapeutic appropriateness.
Prepare compound and dispense medications (including IV admixtures TPNs and chemotherapy).
Monitor patients drug therapies and adjust dosages based on clinical conditions and lab values.
Provide drug information and recommendations to physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies state and federal regulations.
Manage inventory ordering and proper storage of medications.
