Job Summary
SAP FICO Consultant
Experience: at least 5 year relevant experience
Work Mode: Hybrid Set up (2x onsite per week in BGC Taguig )
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as theprimary point of contactfor all SAP functional modules across Finance Supply Chain Sales Procurement and related areas.
- Engage with business stakeholders tounderstand requirements conductfit-gap analysis and assess overall system impact.
- Translate business needs intohigh-level functional specificationsbefore handing over to Accenture for detailed design and configuration.
- Review and validate functional designs ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
- Coordinate with Accenture and internal teams tomanage change requests enhancements and incident resolutions.
- Overseetesting activities(UAT integration testing) and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provideguidance on SAP roadmap upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain strong governance and documentation for all functional changes.
- Supportaudit and compliance requirementsrelated to SAP processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degreein Information Technology Business or related field.
- 5 years of SAP experience with strong background in SAP FICO and exposure to other modules (MM SD PP etc.).
- Proven experience infit-gap analysis impact assessment and solution validation.
- Strong understanding ofend-to-end SAP processesand integration points.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working withmanaged services or outsourcing partnersis highly desirable.
- Ability tolead cross-functional discussionsand influence decision-making at senior levels.
Preferred Skills
- Project management experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.
- Knowledge ofgovernance frameworksand compliance requirements.
- Familiarity withAgile or hybrid delivery models.
