Job Summary
About the Role:
The Finance Assistant will contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the Finance-Treasury department by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.
What youll do:
Daily booking of bank statements for different regions
Assist in direct debit mandates for the West region: upload delete resend in SAP and manage excel files
Handle welcome screen tickets from call center for WEU/CEU/NEU/SA
Daily check of incoming wire payments for different countries to release orders: manage excel overview create and follow-up WS tickets
Act as a backup for the Treasury-Finance department
Involvement in monthly Swift update and collaborate with FICO team
Various ad hoc requests to support the EU&A Finance team
What youll need:
Bachelor in accounting or equivalent to experience
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English German is a plus
Analytical skills: enthusiastic about numbers very good knowledge of Excel
Proactive communicative independent team player
A first experience in Finance is a plus
You are flexible and helpful towards your colleagues
You demonstrate integrity in the workplace: trustworthy ethical and discrete
You are able to work in an international environment
Bonus points for:
German language knowledge
This position is a 2-year fixed term contract
