Job Summary
Title:
Electrical Engineer New GradKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies differentiated advisory services deep technical domain expertise energy transition solutions high-end design capabilities and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
KBR is looking for an Electrical Engineer New Grad under direct supervision will independently evaluate select and apply standard electrical engineering techniques procedures and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. With additional electrical engineering experience you will assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments which involve conventional types of plans investigations and surveys with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for study design specification and services related to electrical systems for industrial clients in the biofuel biochemical refinery and chemical industries. Engineering activities include power generation distribution power systems performance and control cabling and wiring lighting motor control centers communications systems grounding lightning protection heat tracing etc.
Required Education Experience & Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Two (2) years industry experience preferred
PE preferred
