Registered Nurse (RN) Clinician - Surgical Services
BJC/Saint Lukes Health is hiring a full-time RN Clinician for our
Plaza and North Surgical Services clinics. You will coordinate patient care provide expert education and collaborate with a surgical team. This is a day-shift role Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with potential for a hybrid remote work schedule after 90 days.
Role summary:
Function as a key member of the surgical care team supporting both the surgeon and Medical Assistant.
Prioritize and manage patient communications through telephone triage.
Guide patients through their care journey by providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative education.
Ensure efficient clinic operations by scheduling surgeries and emergent patient appointments.
Act as a clinical resource for patient assessment interpretation and documentation.
Demonstrate adaptability by supporting Medical Assistant duties or other office functions as needed.
