Job Summary

At Locinox we are looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative who will take full ownership of customer relationships in the UK Netherlands and Scandinavia. You will play a key role in supporting our clients driving sales and ensuring smooth operational follow-up.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer service: Handle incoming calls and emails related to orders administration and technical support.
  • Commercial mindset: Proactively seek suitable solutions follow up on complaints and offer alternatives to support the customer effectively.
  • Order processing: Enter sales orders prepare quotes and manage payments via CRM and ERP systems.
  • Product expertise: Provide clear product information and tailored recommendations.
  • Technical support: Assist in resolving customer issues and contribute to support-related projects.
  • Process improvement: Follow and enhance standard procedures to boost efficiency.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales to manage leads and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred and experience in sales/customer support.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with experience in cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Quick to learn and apply technical knowledge; comfortable with CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written skills; confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
