Qualifications :

About you

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced customer-first environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Experience in banking or financial services is a bonusbut not essential

What does our recruitment process look like
The process can include a phone screen video interview virtual or face-to-face interview psychometric testing and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
