Location : Onsite Need local Candidate (San Diego CA)
Contract Duration: 2 Years contract
Min. Exp Required: 5 years
Experience in client-side sourcing a (minimum) $10m IT outsourced service contract.
Must provide a minimum of three (3) references for client-side IT sourcing (one reference must be to a contract value of at least $10m or an organization with a minimum of 2000 employees).
Direct Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing analyses of legal issues which may arise in contract discussions for IT outsourcing agreements. Assists with contract negotiations and quality assurance of procurement and contract documentation.
