Pay Rate: $20$23 per hour (Permanent Hire)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join their team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts and materials to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. The Delivery Driver will also assist with general warehouse duties when not on delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles to complete deliveries throughout the Louisville metropolitan area.
Load transport and unload merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs.
Maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operation.
Support warehouse and production operations as needed between deliveries.
Operate a 24000-lb. stake bed truck in full compliance with local state and federal regulations.

Qualifications / Requirements

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 4 years).
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Must meet Federal DOT physical requirements.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for the majority of the shift.
Strong communication listening and customer service skills.
Dependable safety-focused and eager to learn.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
