This role focuses on leading strategic retention and growth initiatives with IQEQs top U.S. clients while identifying opportunities to expand services globally through cross-sell efforts. Youll act as the central relationship owner ensuring alignment between client needs and IQEQs value proposition by fostering deep engagement coordinating internal teams and leveraging global expertise. The position requires a strong understanding of client dynamics and a proactive approach to delivering tailored solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.
What youll do
- You lead and coordinate retention upsell and cross-sell initiatives with key U.S. clients and partners driving strategic growth opportunities across IQEQ globally.
- You build deep relationships across client organizationsexecutive to operational levelsensuring alignment with their strategic goals and maximizing IQEQs value proposition.
- You develop and execute client strategies including client reviews competitive analysis and tailored value propositions while leveraging global IQEQ resources for broader engagement.
- You manage communications and collaboration across jurisdictions ensuring seamless client experiences and supporting integration efforts to enhance service delivery.
- You own the client relationship continuously expanding connectivity across the clients business and positioning IQEQ as a trusted integral partner in their operating model.

Qualifications :
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration with 8 plus years of experience in the alternative investment management industry particularly in commercial roles.
- You bring deep expertise in investment management and alternative products especially Private Equity and Venture Capital along with strong knowledge of regulatory environments and operational implications.
- You demonstrate a commitment to high-quality client service by understanding client needs delivering tailored solutions and managing key account plans to drive growth and reduce attrition.
- You collaborate across borders leading global commercial pitches and coordinating with international teams to secure strategic mandates and enhance client engagement.
- You excel in leadership teamwork and financial performance tracking ensuring cohesive internal collaboration and delivery on key profitability and KPI targets.
