We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our long-term care neighborhoods and help lead our clinical team with vision heart and excellence. This role is an essential part of our Clinical Leadership team contributing to strategic goals while also being hands-on in the daily rhythm of resident life and care.

What Youll Be Doing:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and act on their behalf when needed
Serve as a Mentor and Coach leading by example to build and maintain a resilient dedicated care team
Ensure the highest quality of care through direct assessments team development and evidence-based practices
Champion a culture of continuous learning by providing ongoing education to nursing team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Be a visible leaderpresent on the floor and available to residents families and clinicians

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of operation long-term care experience preferred.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
- 1 3 years experience as an LPN/RN.
- 1 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- 1 year of experience in educating and/or training adult learners.
- Expertise in PPS MDS OBRA and OSHA requirements preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws and regulations for skilled nursing facility operation in the State of operation.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate competence in relevant technology.
- Must be able to read write and speak the English language.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Sits stands bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
- Is subject to frequent interruptions.
- Interacts with residents family members visitors frequently.
