Hours of work:
- Wednesday 3:30PM to 9PM - Self Checkout
- Saturday 1PM to 7:30PM - Checkout
Often serving as the last point of contact youll be helping our customers through our self checkouts. Whether it providing them with speedy service or helping them pack their bags. Youll have the patience and resilience to handle even the most challenging situations easily ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. As a mobile member of the team youll be quick on your feet guiding customers to the next available checkout and responding to their needs with precision and efficiency.
Youll also be an integral part in assisting our loss prevention team bringing concerns to their attention and ensuring the area is always customer-ready with bags stocked and areas tidy.

Qualifications :
He kōrero mōu ake - About you
Having experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or hospitality would be beneficial but its not essential. Good communication skills are essential and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must. Additionally you should be comfortable standing for long periods.
