Associate, Global Client Services (US Hours) 2026 Start

As a Night Shift Associate youll be at the heart of our clients success providing critical support to the sharpest minds. Operating from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST youll connect our clients with the most relevant experts based in Europe and the Americas guiding them through complex investment lifecycles. This isnt just about answering questions; its about proactively identifying needs and making a tangible difference. The projects can be complex but the impact is meaningful - every day you will get to hear directly from your clients experts and colleagues about the difference you have made.

As a night shift team member youll be performing the same role as your day shift colleagues enabling us to provide the round-the-clock premium service our clients rely upon. To ensure the full team is trained up to the same standards the first few months of onboarding will involve in-office training with your day shift counterparts.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients: Help investors access the expert insights they need to evaluate investment opportunities.

• Recruit experts: Spend your day on the phone with top industry executives to find the most relevant matches for your clients.

• Hone your sales and negotiation skills: Pitch our products build relationships and drive revenue growth.

• Solve complex problems on the fly: Understand clients projects and new markets rapidly to identify relevant experts in minutes.

• Develop a founders mindset: Innovate adapt and take ownership of your success.

• Qualifications: A Bachelors or Masters degree with strong academic credentials or extensive client-facing experience.

• This is a hybrid role working US hours with up to 3 days in-office and shift timings of 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.

• Your safety is our top priority so we provide private transport to take you home at the end of your shift as well as around-the-clock security coverage. This is a mandatory requirement and you may not use your own transportation for return journeys on days worked in office.
