Advancing your career as a PIA Analyst

The PIA Analyst plays a key role in monitoring CityFibres compliance and efficiency in using the Openreach PIA product. This role delivers actionable insights and reporting to operational teams identifying trends and driving improvements through collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and report on PIA compliance and efficiency using data from multiple systems to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Produce executive-level insights and recommendations ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and quality investigating anomalies and maintaining traceable testable analysis using standard frameworks and templates
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders managing actions risks and financial controls while influencing outcomes through strong communication and problem-solving skills

What youll bring to the role

As an experienced data-driven professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills to lead reporting and insight generation on contractual compliance and operational efficiencyidentifying key trends driving continuous improvement and influencing strategic decisions across the business.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in data analysis reporting and change management with strong data literacy and the ability to identify trends risks and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and working knowledge of tools such as Power BI Power Query Power Apps Tableau or other Business Intelligence systems
  • Strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure particularly FTTP passive networks and the Openreach PIA product
  • Excellent stakeholder management problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
