This Medical Value Partner role is a vital link between cutting-edge science and clinical practice within our Onco-Hematology franchise. You will build high-impact trust-based partnerships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders providing hands-on expert support for complex advanced therapies. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and a deep passion for science and previous pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
The central mission of this role is to provide dedicated high-science support to specialists during the critical phase of managing treatment & technologies with bispecific monoclonal antibodies.
The Opportunity
Dedicated Therapy and Access Support: Act as field-based expert is dedicated to providing hands-on in-depth support to clinicians contact for clinicians needing expert support on advanced therapies compassionate use and post-trial access.
Strategic Field Leadership: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders medical institutions and payers for scientific dialogue and identifying opportunities.
Partnership with Access and Commercial Teams: Serve as a scientific and clinical resource translating field insights into actionable strategies.
Ecosystem Intelligence: Gather analyze and interpret clinical insights to inform internal strategy.
Who you are
You possess a background or equivalent experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of the healthcare medical or scientific fields preferably with exposure to oncology or hematology.
You have a fluency in scientific dialogue and the ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear meaningful conversations with specialist audiences.
You demonstrate the ability to manage complex problems and find practical solutions.
You have a high capacity for listening and empathising enabling you to build long-term relationships based on trust and scientific credibility.
You are proficient in English allowing you to engage fluently in technical and strategic conversations.
