Job Summary

Position Overview:

The Revenue Operations Analyst will support the Director of Revenue Operations in executing strategic initiatives managing operational reporting and resolving revenue-impacting issues. This role is responsible for building operating and analyzing recurring reports and revenue-related controls. The position also contributes to billing and collections projects including automation system conversions and acquisition integrations. While this role does not include direct people management it requires cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication.

Compensation starting at $80000 annual salary

Location: 7651 Esters Blvd Suite 200 Irving TX

Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain SQL-based queries and Power BI dashboards for recurring and ad hoc reporting.

Analyze revenue data to identify trends anomalies and operational risks.

Design operate and monitor revenue-related controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Investigate and resolve issues impacting revenue operations escalating to executive management as needed.

Assist in billing collections and customer purchase order administration including system automation and acquisition-related integration.

Support Accounts Receivable processes including credit administration standing orders and accrual tracking to ensure accurate revenue recognition and forecasting.

Support the Director of Revenue Operations in team coordination and project execution.

Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across revenue operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI or similar) preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business or Finance.

2-5 years of relevant experience in revenue operations financial analysis or business analytics.

Preferred experience with administering and managing customer purchase orders/work orders.

Experience with a variety of ERP and CRM systems.
