Responsibilities:
- Investigate reported claims to determine their validity.
- Coordinate cycle counts as required in researching the claim.
- Manage all documentation and submissions related to each claim.
- Proactively follow up on claims and maintain consistent communication with each brands customer service team.
- Gather all necessary documents and information to file investigate and resolve claims related to shortages and overages.
- Liaise with internal and external partners (e.g. shipping production and traffic teams) to gather needed information to resolve each claim.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to read and write English

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition subtraction multiplication division)
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
